What is transfer printing?

 

Originally developed for printing on workwear and heavy duty garments, heat transfers are versatile and flexible prints. Instead of using a traditional system where ink is printed directly on the garment, a heat transfer uses a system which prints ink on a transfer paper and is finished with an adhesive that binds the ink to the garment using a heat press. Transfer papers are flexible so the print can be applied to a variety of areas that have been notoriously difficult to screen print on in the past. Heat transfers are an excellent option for printing your design on synthetic garments and/or a variety of different garments.

How many pieces would you like to order? We have price breaks at quantities of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1,000.

Color

How many colors are in your design? Our standard pricing includes up to 4 colors with a one time startup cost of 500kr/per design.

Placement

Where will your design be printed and will you be printing in more than one spot? Each additional print spot will be an extra cost.

 

Production time

 

So when can you expect your order after you’ve placed it? Heat transfer customers should expect their order to be ready 8-10 business days after your order is confirmed by us. For customers on a tighter deadline, we offer rush printing services for an extra fee. Please get in touch with us via email if you need rush screen printing services.
